Mr Lam is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and has the responsibility for the marketing and business developments of the Group, including overseeing the progress of the Group's major projects in Hong Kong and China.

Mr. Lam has more than 20 years of experience in the development and construction field and has executed over USD 2 billion worth of real estate projects in China and internationally. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom. He is a Registered Architect in Hong Kong and the United Kingdom and is also an Authorized Person in the Hong Kong Government.

Mr. Lam is also serving as senior advisor to various fund houses overseas and is also representing various large state-owned and private-owned corporation in China as independent non-executive director.

Mr. Lee has been a Director of the company since 2000. He holds a degree in Social Science from the University of Hong Kong. Mr. Lee has more than 30 years of experience in the commodities trading industry.

Mr. Broadbent is a Director of the company since 2003. He is responsible for implementing and overseeing the progress of the Group’s Financial Investment. He has more than 20 years of experience in the corporate finance field and has worked in various companies before joining the Group.

Ms. Meadows is the Group Financial Controller and Company Secretary. She holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from Harvard University and has over 12 years of experience in financial planning and corporate re-structuring. Ms. Meadows joined the Group in 2009.

Ms. Ahmed is an Executive Director of the Group's energy trading arm – Baron Energy Limited and person in charge of our Rotterdam office. She holds a Degree in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University in the City of New York and is a veteran in the international oil trading industry with wide range of experiences and extensive contacts. She is responsible for the Group's energy trading activities in Europe and the Middle East region.

Mr. Chua is the Marketing Director of the Beijing office and is mainly responsible for identifying new business investment opportunities for the group. Mr. Chua has over 15 years of experience in real estate investment and has worked with various local developers in different parts of China.

Ms. Huang is the Consultant for the Group's construction business.

Ms. Huang is a Grade A Registered Structural Engineer in China and holds a degree from the Civil Engineering Faculty of Tianjin University in 1964. She has participated in various construction works in China and overseas.

With 40 years of relevant experience, she was also the Head of the Examination & Inspection Team in 1991 and 1994 that acted on behalf of the Chinese Government to inspect the projects sponsored by China in Africa.
