Baron Assets Group, in association with various overseas Real Estate Funds, is an active player in the property market scene in Beijing, Shanghai and various second tier cities in China with a number of development and investment portfolios.

The latest addition is a 3 million sq. ft. mixed use development with a 5-star hotel, service apartments, offices and a shopping complex located in the north of No. 3 Ring Road (Beisanhuan Zhonglu) near the Olympic Park in Beijing. Completion to be envisaged in mid 2008.

Furthermore, the Group has signed various MOU agreements with various local governments in China and will actively pursue in 'Class 1 property developments' in various second tier cities in China.
