Our focus is on the residential and retail real estate sectors and taking advantage of the expected extensive growth of the middle class, disposible incomes and rapid urbanization within China.

Our existing projects range from residential, service apartments to mixed use commerial/retail developments in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chongqing, Shenyang and Dalian. Our investment strategy is based on our JV partner expertise, supply and demand factors and location of the project.

Our JV partner in China is Pan China Construction Group (www.pan-china.net.cn) headquartered in Beijing. With Pan China, we have set up a JV platform company - China Infrastructure Corporation Limited, for pursuing real estate and infrastructure investments in various part of China.
