Baron Assets Group, with joint venture partner LG Group of Korea, has formed an operation to provide Intelligent Building Systems (IBS) for building envelopes in the Greater China region.

Together with LG's strong support from various area ranging form lift, air-conditioning to electronic and home appliance products, the partnership has succeeded in providing a total energy saving solutions through IBS for developers easing their building operations and maintenance.

Complementing with the IBS, Baron Assets Group's subsidiary - Baron Buildings Technology Ltd., aims to provide a one stop-shop energy savings solution from interior to exterior of a building for end users.

As the representing agent of one of America's largest glass fabricator – AFG, the high performance glass technology compliment with the IBS systems to form a unify whole and manage to control overall running cost for developers.

Major past references include Oriental Plaza in Beijing, World Finance Centre in Shanghai. Latest bid include Mega Tower in Kowloon Station and various large scale projects around the region.

Baron Assets Group with Henraux Stone Group, one of the largest natural stone company in Italy, joint forces in 2004 to bid for various hotel developments across various part of China, Macau and Hong Kong.

With Henraux own quarries of natural white cervaiole marble and various other special marble stones not commonly used in China. The joint venture will take advantage of the recent boom in high-end luxurious hotel developments across the region and are prepared to increase the market shares by their commitment to client’s requirements and technical capabilities.
